Gulfstream CE Student Purchase Terms

Version: gulfstream-ce-student-terms-2026-10-10-v1

1. Provider and support

These terms govern the online continuing education courses you purchase from MS01 ("we" or "us") through Gulfstream CE. Gulfstream Capital is the course-provider brand. The legal seller, applicable course-provider name and course identifiers appear in your order details. Questions about enrollment, materials, assessments, completion, reporting or billing: info@gulfstreamcapital.net. Administrative support hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-noon Eastern Time (America/New_York).

2. Your purchase and price

One six-credit course costs USD 49. The eligible two-course, twelve-credit bundle costs USD 89. Required IAR CE roster-reporting fees are included. Applicable tax, if any, is additional and is shown with your final total before payment. This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic repeat charge.

Your order identifies each course title, course ID, credit category, number of credits, price and applicable course disclosures. A bundle includes only the two courses specifically listed in that order. A purchase covers the named participant only.

3. Course access

90 days from confirmed payment.

The access period starts at the original payment time established by our verified payment record and ends exactly 90 consecutive 24-hour periods later. Delayed login, an unsuccessful assessment or returning to an existing order does not restart the period. The duration is disclosed before payment. Your confirmed payment record and student portal display the final access-expiration date and time, including its time zone. Any pre-payment date or time is an estimate until payment is confirmed.

Online materials and assessment access end at that expiration time. Complete all course requirements before access expires and sufficiently early for your regulatory deadline. The 90-day access period does not extend a licensing, reporting or annual CE deadline. Required completion and reporting records are retained after online access ends.

4. Study and assessment requirements

Provide accurate identifying information, including the name and CRD number used for your regulatory record. You must personally complete the full course and its assessment. Each assessment attempt contains 60 questions; at least 42 correct answers (70%) are required to pass. Up to three attempts are permitted per learning cycle. After three unsuccessful attempts, fully restudy the course before starting another cycle, within the original access period. No partial credit is awarded.

Before buying, check the course IDs against your prior completions, your applicable jurisdictional requirements and your employer's requirements. Repeating the same course ID does not earn additional IAR CE credit. The course disclosures identify the approved credit category and any additional completion requirements.

5. Completion and reporting

Payment and access alone do not establish course completion or CE credit. A passing assessment is part of the completion requirements. We verify the required study, identity and assessment records before confirming completion.

We report verified eligible completions to FINRA, NASAA's reporting vendor, within 30 calendar days and prioritize timely year-end reporting. The required reporting fee is included in the purchase price; no separate ordinary reporting charge is added. Reported, accepted and reflected on your regulatory transcript are distinct statuses. Review your course entry and CE status in FinPro and contact us about a discrepancy. Your annual obligation is satisfied only when the applicable requirements and regulatory record are satisfied.

6. Final sale and cancellation

All sales are final. No discretionary refunds, including for unused access, a change of mind, unsuccessful assessments or missed CE deadlines. This does not limit refunds required by law, corrections of duplicate or erroneous charges, or refunds for a course we cannot provide as described.

You may leave an unpaid checkout without making a purchase. After confirmed payment, choosing to stop, withdraw or cancel does not create a discretionary refund or extend access. There is no additional cancellation fee. No voluntary cooling-off or trial-refund period is offered. Any cancellation, refund or other right that applicable law requires remains available.

If a charge appears duplicate or incorrect, contact info@gulfstreamcapital.net with your order reference. Do not send a password or full payment-card details. We will review the payment record and correct any verified duplicate or erroneous charge. If we cannot provide a purchased course as described, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where the course cannot be delivered. A different course will not be substituted without your agreement. Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable legal rights.

7. Tennessee tax disclosure

The initial checkout is limited to eligible purchasers with a US billing address in Tennessee who confirm that they will receive and use the purchased courses in Tennessee. For qualifying online continuing education offered by an IRS-exempt 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organization and meeting regulatory requirements for licensed individuals, Tennessee provides a specific sales-and-use-tax exemption. When this exemption applies to your verified order, the checkout shows tax of USD 0.00. This is a course-specific Tennessee treatment. Other locations are unavailable through this initial checkout until their tax treatment is supported.

8. Electronic agreement

Review the terms, course disclosures and final order total before selecting the agreement checkbox and paying. The checkbox records your agreement to the displayed terms and final-sale policy for that purchase. You may save or print them for your records. Purchase-term acceptance does not enroll you in marketing messages or authorize future purchases.

Checkout acknowledgement:
I have reviewed the course details and agree to the Student Terms and final-sale policy above.
